Here is how they feel about us little people: This is taken from an email from "Michelle" at www.ineedhits.com. I complained about their service (they are NEVER online, live chat is always off and it takes days for a response from them. I requested info about something I bought on 8-29 and they just now let me know it was "cancelled" and never bothered to tell me. (NO, nothing was sent).

Thank you for contacting ineedhits. Well, you should have received an email notifying delay in service. Please check your junk folder. May I know what would we do with such a minimal amount of $49 from you when we are promoting businesses of more than 5,00,000 customers?

She goes on to tell me that it must be MY fault that the email they never sent wasn't read. Trust me, Michelle, I do check all spam folders before requesting details.

I'll never use them again ... and this is after several years of being a customer!
